Between the late 40s to late 60s, Mr. Roland and Ms. Lambert held the Creamery -Horticultural and Bar Drinks. Roland was also known as a cashier at Cinema Milly "THE RENAISSANCE" held by his daughter, Mrs. CHOISEL from late 60s to late 80s. Roland succeeded his father Albert Lambert.

Between 1866 and 1881, it seems that this spot was occupied by a butcher shop run by Louis and Mary JACQUES Broux. It is then increasingly difficult to navigate with the changes in numbering of streets and especially street names. In fact, before 1866, rue Saint Jacques would not start that after
