Before 1960, the No. 39 was a dwelling house while No. 37 was a novelty shop called "FOR WOMEN Gatinaise" held by J. Vauvray in the late '40s. According censuses of 1931 and 1936, this trade was a dry goods store run by Armand and ROUILLARD his wife Leonie MIROILLE, while in the 20s this trade was held by the milliner Marie LEPINETTE. Her husband George LEPINETTE was a house painter.

Between 1886 and 1910, the No. 37 was a post office. It was held by Andre Auchard, also cafe at No. 35, 1895 to 1910. Before 1895, this office was held by Caroline Faber postmaster and Louise and Louise KOHLER LAFFLER employed positions.

Before 1886, it was Charles Isidore Dupre and his wife Giulia BEAUDOUIN who occupied the No. 37 and No. 39 of the marketplace with a new trade. In fact, parents of Charles Isidore DUPRE, Jean Baptiste Dupre and his wife Caroline PAILLARD were installed at No. 39 as a draper before 1836 when the first census. At that time the No. 37 was not held by Denis Baker and his wife Marie MARTIN VINCENT. In 1846, the baker Modeste DESHAYES who succeeded him, and then in 1861 that Eugene and his wife Felicia HOOP DUPRE, daughter of Jean Baptiste Dupre, who held this bakery.
So around 1872, the son Isidore Charles DUPRE occupy both sites with news of his trade.
