The first restaurant to open its doors at that location after the mid-80 is "LE PETIT PARADIS" . it was also a tea room. He was replaced by "THE MARRAKECH" in the early 90s. Previously, this business was run by a clockwork jeweler. It was "The WATCH - JEWELRY - SILVER Leibundgut" . This jewelry was closed after 1985. Camille Leibundgut started this business with his wife Madeleine CARREZ between 1931 and 1936 as successor to the jeweler Emile THOMAS identified at this address in 1931. On advertisements in 1958 and 1970, it is also referred to as optician approved by Social Security with the No. 830
