From 1987 to 2007 Nos. 15 and 17 were occupied by a business called Appliance "ESTABLISHMENT Chabiron" and maintained by Michel Chabiron.

Late 80s, "WOOD SHAPED" set up his workshop, office and commerce area of activity of Chenêt. Previously, his studio was located at 8 Boulevard Joffre and his business at 15 and 17 Rue Saint Jacques. It was held by the carpenter Jacques LETACONNOUX who sold furniture, bedding, kitchens and other joinery and carpentry.
They resumed the trade in succeeding Dezert Charles and his wife Marie-Louise CASTLE during the 60s. At that time the No. 17 was occupied by "FURNITURE Dezert" and No. 15 by a Lingerie - Notions held by Ms. LETACONNOUX.

In 1949, Mr. DUMORTIER holding the Notions - Hosiery N ° 15. A deed of 1942 established the study of Master Gabriel Dupont, Notary Milly teaches us that trade was called Notions "AU PETIT PARIS" . It was sold by Mr. Jules Allard and Louise MURIEL-Maria, his wife Suzanne and André POIRRIER-Valentine ALLARD his wife. According to the censuses of 1931 and 1936, Jules Allard and Louise Maria MURIEL held this Notions "AU PETIT PARIS" . Charles and Marie-Louise Dezert resumed their trade "FURNITURE Dezert" located at No. 17 between 1921 and 1926.

From 1901 to the early '20s, the furniture business was run by the carpenter and his wife Louis HAMELIN Bertha HAMELIN. Louis Hamelin succeeded his father Louis Charles Hamelin and his mother Estelle CULVERT between 1896 and 1901. He had himself succeeded his stepfather and his mother Jean WINS Marguerite Baudet in 1866.
The historic notions of No. 15 is also connected to this family. From 1881 to 1896, she was bound by Estelle CULVERT, wife of Louis Charles Hamelin carpenter. Between 1896 and 1901, is married Irma BADINI NEE NEE and his son George who took over this shop. They were held until 1920, although the 1906 census we learn that Bertha was HAMELIN mercer at No. 15.
the census of 1921, this trade was vacant until 1926 when Matilda was HOCQUART who was declared as a haberdasher.
