Deposit: 25% - Deposit: 400 euros and photocopy of identity card

The reservation of the rental is subject to 25% deposit of the stay.
The additional 75% must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival. A stay will be accepted by written confirmation from the landlord.
The 25% reservation deposit remain until departure.
The entire rental will be paid on the day of taking possession at the latest.
All payments are made payable to the owner via bank transfer. No checks or credit card.

DEPARTURE:

Aucun remboursement ne sera effectué en cas de départ prématuré pour quelque raison que ce soit. La caution sera restituée après nettoyage complet et inventaire des lieux. Sauf exception, le départ aura lieu au plus tard à midi pour faciliter la remise en état, et effectuer les règlements.
